Sarah Smriga
Sarah Smriga has a passion for life and exploring what the world has to offer. This led to a career in television production, and a dream job exploring the world with the Travel Channel.
Yet the thrill of an exciting and successful career in TV production did not fulfill that lingering feeling that there was more to life. It was this consistent feeling of a deeper meaning and search for a path where she could use her skills and talents to make a bigger positive impact on the world that led Sarah to the doors of the Modern Mystery School.
It’s with great joy that I carry out my purpose of leading the Leaders of the New Paradigm to create new systems that the world needs! I truly believe that each person has an important thread to weave in the fabric of humanity.
I love working with world makers, game changers, social alchemists who want to contribute their unique gift to make their lives better and the lives of others better. Together we can THRIVE!

I offer more than 30 healing modalities that I’ve received over a 16-year period. I regularly receive continued education and I am a professional full time healer. These sessions address the whole person: physical, emotional, soul and spirit levels of healing.
Training Healers
Teaching energy healing modalities that you can share with others and continue making an impact. We make the biggest impact the more hand there are doing light work. I serve on the Healers Academy teaching team through the Modern Mystery School. I also offer Universal Reiki training as an adjunct instructor a Northwestern Health Sciences College.

Parents as Leaders
When I became a mother, I quickly learned how much I actually didn’t know about life! There was so much I couldn’t understand until it happened to me. I had the gift of learning through EXPERIENCE. Motherhood feels it’s own accelerated path of growth. I experienced the need to call in support within my community to assist me in areas of my life that I had “handled” before bringing this amazing being into the world.
I found that motherhood caused me to reflect on my inner life. What areas that I left unresolved am I now interested in shifting for the benefit of being a better role model for my son? What patterns no longer serve me now that I’m responsible for this other being?
I began to rely on the tools that I now provide to other mothers. It’s an out of the box approach that you can’t necessary read in a book, but it has a long history of working for thousands of years and it absolutely helps mothers be the best version of themselves and from that overflow be better able to serve their families.
Parents are leaders, and in fact I would call us leaders of the leaders. We are truly leading the future leaders of the world. Our children deserve even more than we had, but how do we do that? We need self-based leadership this is where filling my own cup and being a leader for myself of myself by myself and from that overflow now serving first your children and then all those other people you lead whether it’s your job your family your friends your community.
