Meet Sarah
Senior Guide, Healer, Meditation Instructor
Sarah Smriga has a passion for life and exploring what the world has to offer. This led to a career in television production, and a dream job exploring the world with the Travel Channel.
Yet the thrill of a career in TV production did not fulfill that lingering feeling that there was more to life. It was this consistent feeling of a deeper meaning and search for a path where she could use her skills and talents to make a bigger positive impact on the world that led Sarah to the doors of the Modern Mystery School.
Since 2005 Sarah has been applying the techniques she now offers to clients. As a result, she has seen immense growth and manifestation in the lives of so many. Now she works as an experienced energy healer and personal development guide offering private sessions and classes to empower individuals to attain personal transformation.
Sarah is certified in more than 30 healing modalities to support individuals’ well-being, growth, and transformation with a foundation in meditation techniques, stress management, kabbalistic and hermetic studies, and sacred geometry. She also serves as a mentor to other guides to provide training to teach Empower Thyself.
Sarah is a leader at the Modern Mystery School Minneapolis/St. Paul office to serve people by building a community of like-hearted people who take action to make the world a better place. (or self discover/know thyself)
Outside of this work, she enjoys freelancing in TV production for various networks (Paramount Pictures, CBS, HGTV, Travel Channel, PBS).
