“The only reason that I went to Empower Thyself was because there was one thing that I thought was appealing. I wanted the protection in the light. It was something that I desired because I had my fill of taking on other people’s energy and not feeling safe in the world of energy.

I didn’t necessarily believe everything that was taught but the energy was amazing and so profoundly true in the experience that touched me in a place that wasn’t logical. It was like the feeling of finding something that you didn’t know was missing. I kept coming back for almost every class on the calendar for the first year. At the same time I brought our kids to meditation classes wanting them to feel more empowered. My parenting changed. As I started taking responsibility for myself my kids were flourishing. I wasn’t controlling anymore I was letting go and letting them have their own experience. Our marriage changed. We started being more real. Instead of not talking about stuff we talked about everything. We started making decisions like we’ve never done in the previous 13 years of our marriage.”

“I experienced my first meditation with Sarah when I was in 8th grade. I was struggling with depression and wanting to stay alive on the planet. I really didn’t know how to express myself in a lot of ways to deal with that. The very first time that I did the sanctuary meditation class it was a different take on connecting with myself in a different way. I was able to have a place to go to ask questions and feel safe and secure and not have to worry about the troubles of day-to-day life.

I remember when I did it I felt free. When I did the Empower Thyself class it brought about a new level of awareness and protection for me. I was in high school at that point and I was able to make an impact on my peers struggling with depression and finding a way to be who they wanted to be. It was easier and also challenging to deal with my own depression and manage my life and move past the entrapment of what I thought this world was.

I was able to protect myself from outside influences and get in touch with myself and separate my own energy from others. It was incredibly easy to do after Empower Thyself.

Right after I took the class I didn’t use a lot of the tools for a couple of years. Then when I was ready, I was able to start working more with the daily rituals and meditations. I could feel the difference night and day. That was a powerful experience to recognize how there were benefits that I could see. I noticed as soon as I started doing the rituals and engaging in the positive aspects from the class, I noticed how rapidly my life improved.”

“My journey with the Modern Mystery School has been life changing in such a positive and profound way.  All my life I felt like something was missing but I couldn’t put my finger on it. I was on a continuous search of trying to figure it out. I keep my heart and mind open and kept searching.

It gave me the tools to assist me with future challenges, unanswered questions and a way to move forward in life with confidence and faith that I was heading in the right direction.  It has brought me peace and a sense of calm and knowing that I never had before. It brought me to say yes to an invitation to partner in an equine therapy business, facilitating healing for humans, which is incredibly rewarding. I continue to use the tools I learned in Kabbalah to guide me in moving forward with my business with success. My way of moving through life has forever changed and now I move forward with grace and ease.
